Localization Overview

Under the slogan "Quality Serves as a Second Sales Rep," we have established an in-house quality assurance system under which more than 150 staff members including in-house translators, editors, and proofreaders collaborate with each other. In-house translators share client-specific information and exchange their translation knowhow with each other to improve their skills. Prior information assets are accumulated through knowledge management so that our clients' needs can be fully satisfied.

With over 100 TRADOS licenses we are adequately prepared to respond to translation and localization projects that require translation memory. TRADOS is a cost-effective translation memory tool allowing the use of all translation assets.

TRADOS also allows translators to collaborate and ensure the use of the same consistent terms and expressions in the same document or throughout related documents, and benefits customers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.

We use TRADOS SDK to develop different customized tools to improve translation quality, such as a tool to search TagEditor and a preview tool.
We developed CheckMate, an important tool in our quality assurance system, to search style guides and to check that translation rules are followed properly.
These tools improve translation quality, make us competitive in price, and allow us to deliver quicker.

For larger localization projects and multilingual localization projects we use Idiom WorldServer, the leading globalization management system. WorldServer combines linguistic technologies, asset integration, process automation and business management to create the ultimate globalization platform for today's global enterprises.

To date 13,150 students have attended SunFlare Academy, many of whom go on to become SunFlare translators.
