History

1971 August Founded the International Translation Institute of Technology, Science, and Culture (INTESC).
1974 December Established INTESC Co., Ltd.
1975 April Established the Science and Technology Translator Qualifying Examination System (the predecessor of TQE).
1981 August Established Honyaku Jitsumu Kyouiku Gakuin (the predecessor of SunFlare Academy).
1983 March Accquired the "Honyaku Jitsumu" trademark (trademark application No. Sho 588-887185).
1993 August Developed ETRANJ, an English to Japanese machine translation system.
(Industry-academic-government project sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government)
